The deposit must be paid with a credit card under the renter's name. Any related expenses (such as vehicle damage, traffic fines, toll fees, excess mileage fees, late fees, pickup fees, parking fees, EV charging fees, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. A portion of the deposit (typically around $200) will be refunded approximately one month after returning the vehicle; the remaining amount will be processed for refund within one business day. Credit card pre-authorization is not an actual charge but only freezes a portion of the credit limit. After unfreezing, please contact your bank to check the specific time for credit limit restoration, which typically does not trigger mobile notifications. IV. Booking Terms Due to high vehicle variability, reservations will make every effort to hold your selected model, but we only guarantee delivery of the same model, equivalent value vehicle, or a free upgrade. The base rental rate does not include any vehicle insurance. You may provide your own auto insurance (must verify it is full coverage and includes coverage for rented vehicles), or select suitable vehicle insurance on the next page. Renters under 21 years old must provide vehicle insurance that covers the rental period; otherwise, they will be responsible for all damages including our vehicle, third-party vehicles, and personal injury. Glass damage incidents often occur due to leaving valuables inside the car (e.g., clothing, wallets, phones, etc.). We recommend removing all belongings when exiting the vehicle. If theft occurs, recovery is extremely difficult ❗❗ Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. Orders beyond three days can be modified once free of charge by contacting customer service (including vehicle type, rental duration, etc.); orders within ten days cannot be modified.
