Deposit and Mileage Policy Mileage Policy: Free mileage allowance: 200 miles/day, 800 miles/week, 2000 miles/month Additional mileage charge: $1/mile for any excess Unlimited mileage upgrade or extra mileage purchase available as an add-on service during checkout Deposit Policy: At pickup: If the driver is 21 years old or above, an additional $1000 will be collected as a vehicle deposit. If the driver is under 21 years old, they must provide their own full-coverage insurance to complete the rental. If the driver presents proof of full-coverage insurance, or purchases collision and theft protection with zero deductible: Drivers aged 21 or above: an additional $500 will be collected as a vehicle deposit. Drivers under 21: an additional $1000 will be collected as a vehicle deposit. Any related charges (e.g., vehicle damage, traffic tickets, toll fees, over-mileage fees, late fees, pickup fees, parking fees, EV charging fees, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. A portion of the deposit (typically around $200) will be refunded approximately one month after vehicle return; the remaining amount will be processed for refund within one business day. Credit card pre-authorization is not an actual charge but temporarily freezes a portion of the credit limit. After release, please contact your bank for specific timeframes regarding fund availability—mobile notifications are typically not sent. IV. Booking Policy Due to high vehicle variability, reservations will make every effort to provide the selected model, but only guarantee delivery of the same model, equivalent value vehicle, or a free upgrade. The base rate does not include any vehicle insurance. You may provide your own auto insurance (must verify it is full coverage and includes rental vehicle protection), or select appropriate vehicle insurance on the next page. Renters under 21 must provide insurance that covers rental vehicles; otherwise, they will be liable for all damages including our vehicle, third-party vehicle, and personal injury. Glass damage incidents often occur due to valuables (e.g., clothing, wallets, phones) being left inside the vehicle. We strongly recommend taking all belongings with you when leaving the car. If items are stolen, recovery is extremely difficult ❗❗ Once paid, deposits are non-refundable. Orders beyond three days can be modified once free of charge by contacting customer support (including vehicle type, rental period, etc.). Orders within ten days cannot be modified. Chinese driver's licenses and International Driving Permits are both acceptable. If not a U.S. license, a passport and visa page must also be presented on pickup day.
