This position will work with a variety of Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines and other manufacturing equipment to produce precision parts according to blueprints, job orders, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience with Wire EDM or machining is preferred. Responsibilities Operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines to manufacture precision parts Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and job order requirements Set up jobs and make machine adjustments as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy Monitor machine operation and maintain part quality throughout the process Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned equipment Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Assist other machinists or production team members as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Wire EDM operator, machinist, or in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and job orders Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators Strong attention to detail and quality Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn Benefits Competitive compensation Great work environment Career advancement opportunities Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available Training and support provided depending on experience
