We build quality truck racks and truck equipment, and we're looking for people who know how to work with their hands, take pride in their work, and can get the job done right. WHAT YOU'LL DO * MIG weld steel and aluminum components * Fabricate and assemble truck racks and related products * Read measurements, drawings, and work instructions * Grind, fit, and finish welded parts * Inspect your own work for quality * Work efficiently in a production environment * Maintain a clean and safe work area WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Previous MIG welding experience * Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately * Good attention to detail * Dependable and ready to work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Truck equipment, automotive, manufacturing, or structural welding experience is a plus **FULL-TIME POSITION** **Set schedule: 40 hours per week** **Pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience** **Benefits include:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * On-the-job training * Additional benefits available We offer steady work, a set 40-hour schedule, comprehensive insurance benefits, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to become part of an established manufacturing operation.
