Promote from within opportunities Van Driver/Warehouse Associate My Fit Foods Compensation: $21-$24/hr My Fit Foods is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Portland kitchen operations team! This role combines store deliveries with warehouse operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a fast-paced food business. What You’ll Do: • Deliver fresh packaged meals from our central kitchen to retail locations using a refrigerated van (no CDL required) • Receive and organize pallet deliveries at our off-site warehouse • Fulfill and stage supply orders including waters, cooler bags, protein bars, and other retail inventory • Shuttle products and ingredients between the warehouse and kitchen for production use • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment • Load and unload meal crates and supplies throughout the day Position Details: • Full-time – approximately 40 hours per week, Friday through Tuesday • Schedule includes weekends • Two consecutive days off Wednesday–Thursday • Typical shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Approximately 80% driving / 20% warehouse responsibilities (varies day to day) Pay & Benefits: • $21–24+ per hour depending on experience • Monthly bonus! • Free employee meals • Health insurance available • Opportunities for advancement — we promote from within!
