We aim to fill these positions as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities MIG welding of structural steel components. Torch cutting. Fabrication experience. Repair welding on crane booms and heavy equipment. Grinding or sanding, fitting, and preparation of steel. Reading tape measures and basic shop blueprints. Operating basic shop equipment (saws, grinders, torches). Maintaining clean and organized work areas. Complying with safety procedures. Requirements MIG welding experience (preferably 2 years or more). Ability to weld in vertical and overhead positions. Ability to lift over 22.5 kg. Must be reliable and punctual. Valid driver’s license preferred. Structural welding experience is a plus. Stick welding experience is a plus. Preferred Skills (not required) Heavy equipment repair welding.
