Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse space Type: Full-time About the Role We're a small manufacturing facility in the firearms/shooting sports industry looking for a hands-on team member to manage shipping and receiving operations while also supporting light assembly of components and finished products. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log incoming raw materials, parts, and components Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments (FFL/compliance paperwork experience a plus) Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stockroom/warehouse space Perform light assembly of components and finished products per work instructions Use basic hand tools and possibly small power tools for assembly tasks Follow all safety protocols and quality control checks Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, common carrier freight) Qualifications Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or light manufacturing experience Comfortable with basic hand tools; mechanical aptitude a plus Detail-oriented, especially around inventory accuracy and compliance paperwork Able to lift 30-50 lbs regularly Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be certified) Must be able to pass a background check (federal firearms licensing requirements may apply depending on role scope) Basic computer skills (inventory software, email, shipping platforms)
