Our products, like the BetaX Shirt and Vent Pants, are built right here in Entiat, WA, and we're looking for a skilled (or eager-to-learn!) Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. Duties: -Operate various sewing machines to assemble and construct uniform garments efficiently and accurately -Follow detailed sewing patterns, specifications, and quality standards to ensure consistency across all products -Inspect finished garments for defects, proper stitching, and overall quality before packaging -Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process -Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols -Document production activities and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns promptly Qualifications: -Experience in garment construction or sewing machine operation within a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
