Contribute to in-process and final inspection processes Argus Machine is seeking a self-motivated individual that has experience with quality inspection tools to work in our AS9100 precision machine shop. Responsibilities • Good to Excellent Print Reading Skills • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) • Good to Strong Mechanical Knowledge • Good Verbal Communication Skills • Ability read and understand Micrometers, Dial Calipers, Depth Gages, Optical Comparator, Height Gages, gage pins (+ or -) • Ability to complete all necessary Inspection Documentation • Basic Machinist experience is a Plus • Knowledge of In-Process and Final Inspection processes beneficial • Knowledge of quality Systems (ISO9001, AS9100) a Plus • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is desired • Automated CMM knowledge is desired • Calibration experience is desired • FAI experience is desired • Able to lift, load and handle various size production parts up to 50 pounds • Must be accurate, clean, and detailed • Good attendance a must • Good to Strong Teamwork skills is a must • Must be honest • References must be available and will be checked. • Must be able to pass the drug test.
