Other benefits offered: employer covers 95% employee only medical / dental / vision insurance Monthly allowance gas card or equivalent Tri-met pass Free Food pantry during work hours PTO/Vacation accrual Paid Holidays REQUIREMENTS: * Eye/Hand Coordination – this is custom work using your hands and some winding machines * Skills to use measuring tools accurately and read drawings. * Basic math * Reading * Attention to detail PREFERRED (But we will train on all necessary job functions): * Final inspection experience, soldering experience, mechanical maintenance experience and IPC Certification are all a plus * Experience in magnetic manufacturing specific to coil winding * Fine wire experience (35-41 awg) is a plus, but we are willing to train JOB DUTIES: * Perform all aspects of manufacturing including winding (hand winding and machine winding) * Perform soldering (hand soldering and dip soldering) * Perform visual inspection * Ability to measure and cut wire, tape, etc. accurately * Able to work with fine wires under magnifying glass * Distinguish colors * Read and follow written instructions * Keep written records * Follow verbal instructions * Work well supervised or independently * Sit for long periods doing repetitive work using hands * Demonstrate good communication skills * Perform other custom manufacturing duties * May be required to lift up to 50lbs This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
