We're seeking 2nd Shift Production Technicians to join a growing team in Andover supporting the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of electronic and mechanical products. What You'll Do: Set up, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate assemblies and systems Perform soldering and rework as needed Read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Use measurement tools to ensure quality and accuracy Support production and testing activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What We're Looking For: Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training 1+ year of manufacturing, production, testing, or technical experience Ability to read drawings and use measurement instruments Soldering experience and strong mechanical aptitude are a plus Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety 2nd shift 3:30PM -12AM M-F Why Apply?
