Schedule: ✅ Monday – Friday ✅ 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM ✅ 40 hours per week ✅ Overtime opportunities available (not required) Benefits Include: ✔ Healthcare ✔ Paid Time Off (PTO) ✔ Life Insurance ✔ Disability Insurance ✔ Additional company benefits Job Responsibilities: • Operate production machinery used to cut and process plastic film materials • Set up machines by installing components such as blades, rollers, and templates • Monitor equipment operation and make adjustments as needed • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met • Remove finished products and prepare materials for additional processing • Record production information and measurements • Package, label, and box finished materials • Move materials using pallet jacks and other equipment • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance Requirements: ✔ Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) ✔ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods ✔ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working with your hands ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance and equipment provided when needed) ✔ Ability to read basic work instructions and measurements ✔ Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish ✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ✔ Willingness to learn how to operate equipment Apply today!
