NOW HIRING: Mechanical Assemblers – Pueblo, CO
Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on a 2‑2‑3 schedule
(Work 2 days → Off 2 days → Work 3 days, repeating every two weeks with every other weekend off)
Pay: $20–$23/hour (DOE)
*MUST be able to pass a drug test (including THC) and pass a 7-year background check*

Be part of a team building critical components for the renewable‑energy sector! We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers to support the construction of large‑scale wind turbine tower components in a state‑of‑the‑art Pueblo facility.

What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions, and production specs.
- Assemble mechanical systems with precision—ensuring correct fit, alignment, and torque.
- Perform routine quality checks and make adjustments as needed.
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to install ladders, platforms, lighting, hardware, and other internal components.
- Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to move large parts (training provided if needed).
- Conduct basic equipment checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain efficient production flow.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly, construction, fabrication, or similar industrial environments.
- Comfortable using hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Physically able to work in an industrial environment (indoor/outdoor).
- Forklift experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Must pass pre‑employment reading, math, and locating‑information assessments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
