Multiple opportunities and shifts available. Apply today! **Composite Welding Technician** This is not a traditional metal welding position. In this role, you will use soldering irons and approved heat joining processes to create precise seams in composite components. Will train! Support production by joining composite materials according to documented manufacturing, safety, and quality requirements. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work, follows instructions carefully, and values quality and consistency. *Responsibilities -Operate soldering irons and other approved tools to join composite seams. -Perform heat welding and joining of composite materials using approved production processes. -Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. -Inspect components before, during, and after joining to confirm dimensional accuracy and seam quality. -Verify completed work meets applicable specifications and quality standards. -Enter production information and review digital work orders using basic computer systems. -Clean and maintain tools, fixtures, and production equipment. -Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures. -Produce detailed, consistent work while meeting established craftsmanship and production expectations. **Paint Prep Technician** Prepare component surfaces for coating by sanding, cleaning, masking, and following documented preparation requirements. This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in detailed work, follows instructions carefully, and understands the importance of cleanliness and quality. *Responsibilities -Sand and condition component surfaces according to documented preparation requirements. -Clean surfaces and remove dust, oils, residue, and other contaminants. -Mask designated areas to protect them during painting and coating processes. -Inspect prepared surfaces for defects, contamination, and incomplete preparation. -Confirm parts meet quality standards before moving to the next production step. -Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. -Maintain clean tools, equipment, fixtures, and work areas. -Follow all safety, environmental, contamination control, and quality procedures. -Work accurately and efficiently while meeting production expectations. *Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Ability to read and follow written work instructions and manufacturing documentation. -Comfort working with high heat tools and equipment. -Manual dexterity for repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. -Ability to work safely in a production environment. -Previous soldering, composite, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required unless otherwise specified. -Comfortability with hand and power tools *Pay: $19.00 per hour *Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
