Production/ Machine Operator /Assembly - All Shifts Available!
Locations: Hopkinton, Canton, and Attleboro, MA
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Monday-Friday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Also open 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Thursday
Compensation may be flexible for candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly, Production, and Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production by operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and monitoring production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is available for motivated candidates looking to start or advance their manufacturing career.
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
-Oversee equipment startup, shutdown, and day-to-day operation.
-Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
-Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
-Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are met.
-Assemble products and components according to specifications.
-Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality issues.
-Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
-Perform basic machine troubleshooting and respond appropriately to equipment issues.
-Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
-Identify and report hazards, abnormalities, or safety concerns.
-Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and safety programs.
-Provide operator coverage during breaks as needed.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, quality assurance, and team members to support continuous production.
Qualifications:
-Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
-Experience in plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, printing, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
-Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
-Experience operating touch-screen (PLC) controlled production equipment is preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
-Ability to identify quality issues and defects.
-Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Reliable transportation, attendance and strong work ethic.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Willingness to work overtime and support alternate shifts when needed.
