What We’re Looking For Experience: Any experience in manufacturing environment OR a recent Graduate of a Technical/Trade School program. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and basic shop math skills. Maturity: A "safety-first" mindset and a strong work ethic. Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to [50 lbs] as needed. What You’ll Do Set Up & Operate: Prepare machines for unique custom runs based on daily production goals. Quality Control: Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure every custom part meets our precision standards.
