Wage: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specifications
- Monitor and comply with quality requirements in accordance with company quality assurance policies and customer specifications
- Conduct inspections at First Article, in-process, in-coming and final inspections
- Document and report inspection findings and results; maintaining corresponding records
- Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions
- Follow clean-up and housekeeping procedures
Requirements for Quality Inspector:
- High School Diploma or GED; additional technical training or coursework in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or a related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a Quality or Regulatory role preferred
- Previous experience working within an ISO-regulated environment (ISO 13485 or similar) highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to understand the broader impact of process steps
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using precision inspection tools such as calipers, pin gauges, and other measurement equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Demonstrated ability to identify process deficiencies and contribute to the development or revision of procedures for continuous improvement
- Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity required for operating inspection equipment such as calipers, pin gauges and microscopes
