This job starts at $19/hr and has potential to earn a $5,000 annual bonus if goals are met, and may have the potential to become factory manager. This position has the potential to earn up to $25/hour & full time if you show the ability to learn and show you've mastered the skills of this job contributing to our growth, and efficiency. You must -must be highly organized - efficient -move quickly and with urgency -must be a team leader Most importantly, you must have ambition and a desire to succeed. Our company does the following, and it is helpful if you have some experience with these processes: 1. electrical assembly - stripping, taping, crimping and general basic wiring (hot, neutral, ground, switches) 2. Wire management - measuring, cutting, preparation 3. Product inspection (quality control) 4. Packaging 5. Inventory - physical counts, estimating, tracking quantities to avoid stock-outs 6. Shipping 7. SKU memorization (numbers) 8. Basic computer skills 9. Interviewing & hiring 10. You must be able to make yourself available when necessary - early mornings, evenings, or weekends - to complete necessary and urgent tasks 11. Reading, attention to detail and problem solving 12. Warehouse organization 13. Process improvement - the job requires ability to lift up to 50lbs (with help if necessary) - job requires wearing safety equipment including face mask/filter, goggles or protective eyewear This is a full time role, with occasional necessary overtime. Responsibilities: -Packing orders to ship -Taking inventory -Running machines -Some quality control -Organization -Checking order lists -May require light assembly/preparation work for other assemblers when necessary to keep goods moving through the factory We ask that you have: Very strong work ethic. Must be good at learning new skills, eagerness to work, and ability to work quickly. This position has the potential to turn into a factory manager as soon as you master the required skills and factory processes. Power tool experience required: hand drills, drill press, sanders, etc. Hand tool experience also required. Previous experience in metal finishing preferred but not required.
