Summary: The Spreader/Release Operator is responsible for loading and unloading material, spreading and releasing parts, completing work orders, and assisting other operators. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for cross-training and skill development The Spreader/Release Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading material onto trays. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $17.75-$18.25/hour Responsibilities: • Spread part in the tray, either manually or machine per work order requirements. • Release parts, rolling parts by hand. • Complete work order before forwarding to next department. • Back-up to the Tumbler Operators. • Assist the Kiln Operators, as needed. • Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. • Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in other departments, when required. Qualifications: • HS Diploma or GED • 3+ months production, manufacturing or warehouse experience • Good math skills • Basic computer skills • Good verbal and written communication skills
