Path to hire-on Electrical Panel Assembler – Temp-to-Hire – $23 - $27 Full-time, hands-on panel assembly work building electrical panels for industrial equipment. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Assemble panels and sub-assemblies from drawings, specs, and BOMs - Wire, terminate, and install panels and boxes to approved standards - Perform precise point-to-point wiring - Work in teams of 2-8 to hit daily production goals - Keep quality high in a fast-paced shop WHAT YOU NEED - HS diploma or GED (tech school or related experience a plus) - Hands-on experience wiring panels or sub-assemblies - Comfortable with crimpers, strippers, torque wrenches, hand tools - Good communicator, works well on a team - Can stand/walk most of shift, lift up to 50 lbs SHIFT: 1st PAY: $23 - $27
