This is a good opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in building a career in precision machining. Previous CNC experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and is motivated to learn. Responsibilities Load and unload parts from CNC milling machines Follow work instructions and established production procedures Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Make basic tool and wear-offset adjustments with training Deburr and clean completed parts Monitor machines and report tooling or quality problems Keep the work area and machines clean and organized Accurately record production and inspection information Qualifications Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Able to perform basic shop math Able to read and follow written instructions Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong attention to detail Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds Blueprint-reading or inspection experience is helpful but not required This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop skills in CNC machining, inspection, machine setup, and eventually CNC programming.
