This position plays a key role in ensuring our manufactured home production runs smoothly by sourcing materials, managing vendors, and coordinating timely delivery of supplies. Previous purchasing experience preferred. Experience in construction, building materials, or manufactured housing is a plus. Must have ability to negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
