Process sales, returns, and warranties using POS system We are looking for a reliable salesperson, focused on internal sales, with excellent customer service skills. This position requires the ability to work with customers in person, assist with phone sales as needed, work with a computer/point of sale system, work with warehouse staff as well as other sales floor duties as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Greet and answer customer questions or concerns promptly & resolve with courtesy & tact ▪ Process sales, returns and warranties, including payments, using computer/point of sale system ▪ Perform research on parts in computer/point of sale system ▪ Coordinate with warehouse staff or pull parts in warehouse ▪ Track in-coming sales orders to ensure they are complete & call customers when ready for pick-up ▪ Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients Must include resume
