Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses Provide friendly and professional customer service Help customers find eyewear that fits their needs and style Answer questions about frames, lenses, and optical products Assist with sales and daily store operations Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Learn optical products, procedures, and sales techniques through our training program Qualifications FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to learn and grow Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Previous optician or optical sales experience is a plus, but not required Training & Growth: Full training is provided!
