The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, preparing quotes, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and develop new business through phone, email, and outbound sales. - Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales. - Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales. - Build and maintain relationships with property managers, builders, contractors, designers, dealers, and retail customers. - Present product options, pricing, warranties, and promotions. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM. - Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate order fulfillment. - Stay current on appliance products, pricing, and promotions. - Meet sales goals and contribute to business growth. Qualifications: - 3+ Years of SDR experience. - 3+ Years of Appliance industry experience preferred. - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. - Experience preparing quotes and managing customer accounts. - Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo, or similar). - Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
