Our Walnut showroom is a hub for innovation where clients can experience the latest in printing technology firsthand. we are rapidly expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our team. The Role We are looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our on-site team in Walnut, CA. This is an on-site role centered on customer engagement and product demonstrations. You will be the face of DTF OneStop, helping local business owners find the perfect printing setup and ensuring they have the training and supplies needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Sales & Consulting: Greet walk-in customers, or contact customers via phone or email, to provide expert advice on selecting the right DTF printers, inks, and films based on their specific business needs. Market Expansion: Actively identify and reach out to potential new clients through industry-related social media groups, local business directories, and professional networks to build a robust sales pipeline. Relationship Management: Follow up with past customers to manage recurring consumable orders (ink/powder/film) and inform them of new product arrivals or promotions. Sales Support: Assist customers’ transaction, coordinate local pickups or shipping for equipment and supplies, as well as technician visit or installation. Qualifications Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role where building rapport is key. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way for beginners and hobbyists. Hands-on Learner: Comfortable working with hardware and software; a "can-do" attitude toward learning the mechanics of DTF printing. Operational Skills: Capable of multitasking, and using company protocols/CRM torecord and report interactions and sales activities. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in retail sales is a significant plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In-person (Walnut, CA 91789).
