Route Sales Driver
Location: Newberg, OR
Pay: $35,000 - $40,000 Plus Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, early start, home daily
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable Route Sales Driver to manage an established customer route. This role combines delivery, customer service, and light sales. You’ll be the face of our company with retail partners.
Responsibilities:
Deliver product to established accounts
Merchandise and rotate inventory
Build relationships with store managers
Identify upsell opportunities
Manage invoices and collections
Load and organize truck daily
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license & clean record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Route sales or delivery experience preferred (not required)
