Our preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, has a strong sales and customer-service mindset, and enjoys working in a small-business environment where teamwork matters. Requirements - Strong working knowledge of Windows computers and the internet is required. - Previous sales and/or customer service experience is strongly preferred. - Experience with eBay and Amazon is preferred. - Familiarity with ChannelAdvisor/Rithum, ShipStation, and Microsoft Office is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good grammar, spelling, and the ability to carefully proof your work. - A positive, professional attitude. We are a close-knit, small company, and working together as a team is an important part of the job. - Dependable attendance and solid availability during scheduled hours. - Stable work history and a professional resume. - Must be drug free. Job Duties - Provide phone support to current and prospective customers. - Assist customers with product questions, fitment, ordering, troubleshooting, returns, and other general inquiries. - Handle inbound sales calls and help customers identify and purchase the correct products. - Follow up with customers and sales opportunities when appropriate. - Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service by phone and through online marketplaces. - Assist with other sales, customer-service, and office-related duties as needed. While responsibilities may vary from day to day, the primary focus of this position will be phone support, customer service, and sales. Compensation & Commission In addition to regular compensation, this position offers the opportunity to earn commission based on qualifying sales.
