Work in an independent agency setting We are looking for a licensed property and casualty agent to join our team at Don Brown and Associates in downtown Gresham. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. We are an independent agency representing multiple carriers. Hoping to find someone that is already familiar with the AMS operating system as well as the carriers systems. Progressive, Geico, Nationwide, and Liberty Mutual are the big 4 but we have lots more. Hours are 8:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Friday with a 1 hour lunch break The job pays $4000 a month guaranteed with up to $1000 a month in sales based bonuses as well as an opportunity for growth The job comes with 15 days of PTO per year after the first year, contribution match retirement plan, and a health care option
