Responsibilities: Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email Recommend appliances based on customer needs Prepare quotes and process orders and payments Follow up on leads, open quotes, and pending orders Maintain accurate customer and sales records Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams Build relationships with customers, dealers, and trade partners Meet individual and team sales goals Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience Appliance, kitchen and bath, home improvement, or building-material sales experience preferred Strong phone, email, and customer-service skills Experience with CRM or order-management systems; Odoo experience is a plus Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Position Details: Full-time, on-site position Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Location: Brooklyn, NY Immediate availability preferred To apply, submit your résumé and a brief summary of your sales experience.
