What You’ll Do As a G.E.H.A Brand Ambassador, you will: • Represent G.E.H.A at in-person federal events throughout the year • Engage federal employees, retirees, and new hires in professional, informative conversations • Provide high-level education on G.E.H.A’s medical and dental plans using approved materials • Serve as an approachable, knowledgeable resource for general benefits questions • Proactively support G.E.H.A’s lead generation efforts by encouraging QR code scans and contact capture • Set up, maintain, and close G.E.H.A event according to established SOPs • Ensure accurate and timely submission of leads and post-event reporting • Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and professional conduct standards This role does not include enrollment, sales, or individualized plan advising. What Makes You a Strong Fit Successful ambassadors are: • Confident, friendly communicators who enjoy engaging diverse audiences • Professional, punctual, and reliable in field-based roles • Comfortable working independently and following structured procedures • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive • Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) Experience in healthcare, benefits education, events, or brand representation is helpful but not required.
