This is a hands-on role where you will work directly under ownership to ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality standards. What You’ll Do: Assist in daily operations, site visits, sales and project planning/tracking. Communicate clearly with crews, clients, and management. Ensure all materials are on-site and manage the return of extra materials in company storage. Maintain a professional, clean-cut presence while representing the company. Requirements: Must have your own truck in good working condition (Gas stipend provided). Dependability: Must be on time and consistent—this role is the backbone of our workflow. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are a must. Professionalism: Clean-cut appearance and a positive, "get-it-done" attitude.
