We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and promote customer satisfaction. Pay starts at $17.50 an hour, but can be increased depending on experience. We also offer paid time off for our employees. Duties • Greet customers at retail location • Accept and process items dropped off for service • Provide customer's garments and items when they come in for pick up • Use point of sale system to input and check out items • Assemble orders so they are ready for pick up after they are processed • Answer phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions • Assist clients with product or service information, guiding them through processes with clarity and patience • Enter and update customer data accurately in our point of sale systems • Handle cash, card and check transactions upon checkout Experience • Prior experience in customer service is preferred • Prior experience in the dry cleaning industry is highly preferred but not necessary • Experience in sales or upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to helping customers look and feel their best!
