The ideal candidate has experience writing collision estimates using CCC ONE, communicating with customers and insurance companies, identifying necessary repairs, writing supplements, and helping move repairs efficiently through the shop. Must be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced collision repair environment. Previous collision estimating experience is required. CCC ONE experience strongly preferred.
