This position will involve traveling to assigned neighborhoods, walking door-to-door, speaking with residents, and distributing campaign information and flyers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, are comfortable being on their feet, and have previous canvassing, outreach, customer service, or campaign experience. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods and residential areas Knock on doors and engage residents in professional, respectful conversations Share campaign-provided information and materials Distribute flyers and other approved campaign literature Follow assigned routes, schedules, and campaign messaging Track or report canvassing activity as directed Represent the campaign professionally when interacting with the public Requirements Comfortable approaching and speaking with residents door-to-door Able to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Willing and able to work outdoors and travel between assigned neighborhoods Reliable personal vehicle and transportation required Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous political campaign canvassing, community outreach, door-to-door, sales, or other canvassing experience is a plus Schedule This is a temporary October project. Hours and schedules may vary based on campaign needs and assigned canvassing areas. Compensation $25.00 per hour
