You’ll be the first voice our prospects hear — following up on leads, booking jobs, and building relationships with local businesses and property managers who need our services on a regular basis. What You’ll Do • Call every incoming lead promptly and professionally to schedule a follow-up or book the job • Follow up on all Thumbtack leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments • Make outbound calls to local businesses, property managers, and building owners to introduce our junk removal and moving services • Build and maintain relationships with property managers for repeat/recurring business • Track all calls, leads, and bookings accurately in our CRM/system • Follow up persistently (without being pushy) until a lead is booked or clearly closed out • Hit weekly/monthly call and booking targets • Represent Moe’s Junk & Moving with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude What We’re Looking For • Enthusiastic, high-energy personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people • Strong phone presence and communication skills • Self-motivated with a “get it done” attitude • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up calls • Organized and reliable — you follow through on every lead • Prior sales, BDR, appointment-setting, or customer service experience a plus (not required) • Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow with the company Compensation • $25/hour base pay • 5% commission on all closed deals — uncapped earning potential • The more leads you convert, the more you make Why Join Moe’s Junk & Moving • Uncapped commission on top of solid hourly pay • Growing local company, real opportunity to make an impact • Supportive team environment for driven, positive people
