Role Description:
The Appointment Setter role is a remote, contract position responsible for connecting with prospective business clients and coordinating introductory meetings for the sales team. Day-to-day activities include making outbound calls, sending emails or messages, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating appointment calendars, and following up with leads to confirm meeting times and details. The Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand target markets, track appointment outcomes, and refine outreach strategies. This position requires consistent, professional communication and a focus on building positive first impressions for Blair ValuPayments Group.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars and coordinating meeting times.
Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation abilities, with experience identifying prospects, qualifying interest, and nurturing potential clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, professional written communication, and active listening.
