OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Two men who were on a roof in an Oswego home as part of an hours-long standoff with U.S. Border Patrol agents on Wednesday have apparently left, while students at a nearby school were released from a lockout initiated due to the incident. Sometime after 8 p.m., people who were part of a crowd that formed around the scene in protest to the agents apparently helped the two men leave the scene, after most of the Border Patrol personnel left.
