There is more than enough hate to go around on BOTH sides. Where and how did we come to believe you and I are enemies because we differ in political philosophies? There is great power in being in the minority. What America loves most is an underdog. We see it in sports, literature and human interest stories. There are facts you must face if you wish to remain sane. President Trump is yesterday's news. He is no longer relevant, lame duck, a paper tiger. If he acts on his threat and vetoes everything congress puts forth, it will only further enrage the electorate insuring a president Ossoff, Talarico or worse. There are very loud rumors JD Vance has confided to confidants he will resign. If that happens, Trump will never get a "yes man" to replace him, needing this congress' approval. The answer in my humble opinion is to go back to the basics, re-establish three separate branches of the federal government, that work tirelessly together through checks and balances to do the will of the American people. It is time to return to cooperation across the aisle to enact bills. When we are at war, one with another, it makes us weak to all foreign and domestic threat. God bless America.
