Need a nerd to fix my og xbox

I have an og softmodded xbox that wont turn on. I need someone to either 1) Diagnose n repair the current one OR 2) Help me transfer the HD (with all the games on it) into a different xbox console so that it works Willing to pay a fair price to get this done
