Lineolated parakeet (Austin)

Description

I am rehoming my 9ish month old Lineolated parakeet. She is very sweet, but also terrified of hands. She has never bitten. She just gets very excited and upset any time hands come near her. I believe she has the potential to be better. She just needs someone with a lot of experience, time, and patience to work with her. Asking $300 for her and her cage.
