Alla Bluvstein and Angelika Grazutis are holding my two cats hostage and are demanding things. I asked for them back and offered to get them but they refused. They and all their associates are Iranian fighters. My two cats are missing and are possibly stolen. The last time I saw them was in May at 3209 Mission St at Grady Broyles' house where they had been staying because I became homeless. That day, I gave them to Alika Grazutis to have her friend Milla house them until I had a place to live again. Her friend lives in the SF Bay area but I don't know where. Both cats were housed previously at San Francisco Animal Control on Alabama St this year before going to Broyles' apartment at 3209 Mission St. I adopted one of them from SF SPCA on Divisadero St in 2016. Grazutis lives at 1212 10th Ave, #304, San Francisco, CA 94122. I asked for them on Friday July 31, 2026 and she's refusing to return the cats to me and they're location is unknown. It's a one bedroom one bath. Her mother Alla Bluvstein moved in around 2003 after divorcing Valery Litvak. Angela took over the lease after Alla remarried Valery. I need Angelika Grazutis arrested physically by normal police rather than by Russian police or by police from the Mexican mafia she regularly hires. I need her imprisoned immediately for the crimes she committed against me. She lives at 1212 10th Ave, #304, San Francisco, CA 94122. She's refusing to return the cats to me.
