Found baby squirrel (Chicago)

Description

Hello! I found a baby squirrel and have been feeding it for the last couple weeks. Her eyes were closed when I found her but are now open. She is still drinking milk from a syringe. I’m assuming she’s about 6-7 weeks old now. I’ve called many wildlife rehabs but no one has came to pick her up no matter how many attempts I’ve been making. I have two young children and cannot continue to care for the squirrel as I don’t have a proper enclosure for her and risk the kids getting into the box I have the squirrel in. If someone who knows how to properly care for her can take her into their care it would be highly appreciated. I am not charging a fee. Thank you! We call her Tuesday as we found her on a Tuesday. (NOT SNAKE FOOD)
