Looking for a dog (Richland)

Hello! I am looking for a dog for my elderly mother. She is 72 and home almost all day every day. She recently had to put down her maltipoo due to heart failure. That dog was the most spoiled and loved dog. He was groomed 2x month and went everywhere with her and had more clothes than me lol. I’d love to find her a non shedding smaller dog that has been fixed already. We are not interested in puppies, a dog in the 1-3 years old range would be ideal.
