6 yr old Rottie with bad hips

Queen is a beautiful 6 year old full Rottweiler that has hip dysplasia. She has probably had it her entire life and while she is slow, she is still very mobile and very much loving life. Queen is a social butterfly and loves all people and kids older than 5. She still loves to go for leisurely walks and we usually walk about 3 to 5 blocks two times a day so she can say hi to her favorite neighbors and get treats. Because of her hips, it is very important that she finds a home with no stairs. She can do some stairs now but it will get difficult as she gets older. She has a prey drive, so no small animals including cats and small dogs. And while she’s fine with bigger dogs, I believe she would be happiest and most relaxed in a home with no other dogs. It would be better for her hips and easier to keep her weight down. Overall, she is an easy couch potato and easy to walk, great for someone looking for a best friend to hang out with at home. She is spayed, crate trained, and house trained. Free to a good home. I will do a home check and seek references. She is in SE Portland.
