Summary: Pollo Regio Corporate Office is seeking a Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support, optimize workflow, and serve as the main point of contact for the Maintenance department. Highlights: 1. Optimize workflow procedures and provide administrative support 2. Point of reference for all Maintenance department queries and requests 3. Assist colleagues and executives with planning and information distribution Pollo Regio Corporate Office is currently looking out for Secretary candidates who will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. This position will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. Secretaries will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues pertaining to the Maintenance department covering all Pollo Regio stores. Responsibilities Receive maintenance calls. Schedule appointments with third parties' companies. Process payments and arrange with technicians via phone. Assign the maintenance team to different locations to fix restaurant issues. Confirm invoices with restaurant managers. Continuous communication with managers. Archive and store files. Requirements Must be Bilingual (English /Spanish) Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office High school diploma Benefits Hourly Pay Rate up to $17/hr.
