Opportunity for self-driven multi-taskers with strong attention to detail A fast-paced Professional Land Surveying company is looking for an organized, responsible, outgoing and pleasant sub-contractor to perform Survey Technician duties. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Responsible for the field work in creating surveys for boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and right-of-way • Determine the size and layout of the plot of land (existing structures, driveways, pools, adjacent lots, etc.) • Collect survey data using Leica Robotics Total Station • Use surveying tools to measure distance, angles, elevations, defining right-of-way and property boundaries Qualifications: • Prior survey experience in the field • Knowledge of field instruments and calibration (Leica, Robotics) • Self-driven multi-tasker • Precision and accuracy a must • Some knowledge of AutoCAD helpful • Strong attention to detail • Understands the importance of team work • Valid driver’s license • MUST provide own vehicle • Own field equipment is a plus • MUST be willing to travel throughout Central NJ Counties Part-time/Full-Time, Compensation based upon experience.
