We’re seeking an experienced Product Engineer to drive productization from silicon evaluation through high-volume manufacturing. This role partners closely with Test Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop characterization plans, validate performance, and sustain yield in production. Ideal candidates bring deep analog and digital semiconductor expertise and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute portions of characterization and qualification plans Collaborate with Test Engineers to assess silicon performance Own and support the transition of test solutions to overseas production sites Analyze lab and ATE data to support product optimization and yield improvement Interpret datasheets and schematics; perform bench measurements and debugging Create and maintain technical documentation and hardware for qualification Drive schedule, cost analysis, and manufacturing strategy alignment Partner with QA, FA, and vendors to address customer and production issues Requirements B.S. in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in digital and analog semiconductor environments Proficiency in bench measurements, data analysis, and PCB debug Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Experience building and troubleshooting hardware (soldering, PCB builds) Self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA Why Join Us? While a salary range is provided, the final compensation will depend on your experience, skill set, and how well you're able to highlight your background throughout the interview process.
