Bluewater Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is an established NYC commercial plumbing contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple active commercial projects from contract award through closeout.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to ownership. You will have full financial and operational responsibility for assigned projects.
We are not looking for a paper pusher. We are looking for a results-driven commercial PM who understands margin, manpower, and execution.

Position Overview
You will manage $5 MM in active commercial plumbing projects and be responsible for:
• Financial performance (gross margin protection)
• Labor tracking and manpower planning
• Change order pricing and capture
• Schedule coordination with GCs
• Billing preparation and AR coordination
• Forecasting cost-to-complete weekly
This role directly impacts company profitability.

Responsibilities
• Manage projects from kickoff through final completion
• Track labor vs. budget weekly
• Forecast final job cost and margin
• Submit and track change orders within 72 hours of scope change
• Coordinate with General Contractors and site supers
• Lead weekly production meetings
• Monitor inspections, permits, and compliance
• Prepare monthly billing requisitions
• Present weekly project dashboard to Director of PM

Required Experience
• 5+ years commercial construction project management
• Plumbing or MEP experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of job costing and forecasting
• Ability to manage $5M+ annual volume
• Proficiency in Excel and project management software
• Experience working with NYC GCs

Compensation
• Base Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
