This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to bring innovative products from development into scalable manufacturing. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing validation, and design transfer activities. Partner with R&D, Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure efficient product launches. Develop and manage capital equipment plans and manufacturing investments. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and process optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulated manufacturing requirements. Support manufacturing automation, equipment calibration programs, and production scalability. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong background in process engineering, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement. Experience leading NPI and design transfer from engineering into production. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, change control, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical devices, life sciences, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries.
